SRM Institute of Science and Technology is conducting the SRMJEEE 2022 mock test today, till 11:59 pm. All the students who have registered for the phase 1 exam can take the mock test at srmist.edu.in. It is recommended to take this test before the actual exam which is scheduled to be held tomorrow, as the SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) 2022 is an online, home based, remote proctored test.
The mock test is being held through the online remote proctored (ORP) format to help candidates familiarize themselves with the format. The actual exam is scheduled to be conducted tomorrow on January 08, and the day after on January 09, 2022. On both days, the exam will be held for a duration of 2.5 hours, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

How to take SRMJEEE 2022 Mock Test?
- Download SEB from link given in step#3 of https://srmjee2022.srmist.edu.in/Instructions/Mock_UG_SEB_Install_Ins.aspx > Install it
- Then Download (SRMJEEE (UG) – 2022 – Phase I Mock Test) from link given in step #5 of https://srmjee2022.srmist.edu.in/Instructions/Mock_UG_SEB_Install_Ins.aspx
- Now open SEB > Login with “Exam User Name” and “Exam Password” given in SRMJEEE 2022 hall ticket
- After this, the mock test will begin. Follow instructions that come on-screen
The institute has organized the mock exam prior to the actual examination to help acquaint the candidates with the concept of the online remote proctored examination. In this format, candidates have to appear for the exam remotely within the comfort of their homes. The sole intention of conducting this mock test was to avoid any last-minute mishaps. Hence, candidates were advised to appear for the mock test as per the scheduled slot timing.

No, there are very low chances that any question that was asked in SRMJEEE 2022 mock test will be asked again in the actual exam.
SRMJEE 2022 Exam Day Instructions
First and foremost, all candidates need to install the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) on their device (a laptop or a desktop). Moreover, the login credentials used by the candidates during the mock test were to be saved and can be used for the exam tomorrow. If not, candidates can make use of the information provided in the admit card to login.
The SRMJEEE 2022 exam will be held for a duration of 150 minutes on both days. To appear for this exam, candidates need to log in at least 60 minutes prior to exam commencement. This time will be utilized for capturing a candidate’s photograph and reading the exam instructions. Furthermore, irrespective of having finished the exam or not, a candidate is not allowed to leave the portal before the first 120 minutes of the exam.
While appearing for the exam, candidates will only see one question on the screen at a given time. Candidates need to either answer the question or move forward, in case they are unable to answer. However, they will not be allowed to come back to the previous question, once skipped. So, before moving forward, candidates need to be absolutely ensure about their marked responses.
On completion of the SRMJEEE 2022 examination, candidates need to click on the “I want to submit the test” to submit their responses. This is an important step that a candidate needs to follow before leaving the portal.
