South Indian Bank Recruitment 2020 Latest Notification Out for 05 Posts; Apply Before Oct 30

South Indian Bank is hiring BE/B.Tech candidates for the vacant posts of Probationary Officer (Security) in Scale-I cadre.

South Indian Bank is inviting applications for the 05 vacant posts of Security Officers. Official notification is also published recently on the official website of South Indian Bank, southindianbank.com. Online registrations have also commenced from October 22, 2020, onwards. So, submit the South Indian Bank Probationary Officer (Security) on or before October 30, 2020.

The post of Probationary Officer (Security) is announced in Scale-I cadre. All the eligible candidates will be recruited under a probation period of 02 years. They will be posted at Head Officer, Administrative Officer, Central Monitoring Station, Regional Offices etc to carry out duties allocated. During the probation period, candidates receive a monthly salary of Rs. 23,700 – 980/7 – 30,560 – 1,145/2 – 32,850 – 1,310/10 – 45,950 under the IBA approved pay scale. Based on their performance, satisfactory candidates will be confirmed for the post. On confirmation, candidates will be posted anywhere across the country.

Candidates will be shortlisted for Probationary Officer (Security) based on a preliminary interview, technical interview and final interview. The Bank reserves the right to a shortlisted an adequate number of candidates who appears for the interview. These candidates will be intimated about the schedule for the interview later on once the application procedure is done.

South Indian Bank Security Officer Notification

Before applying for Probationary Officer (Security), candidates must read the notification first. Candidates who have BE/ B.Tech in ECE/ EEE/ Instrumentation/ CS/ IT can apply for the South Indian bank recruitment. All the candidates must have qualified 10th/ 12th and BE/ B. Tech with minimum 60% marks. Those who have secured less than 60% marks are not eligible for applying. Candidates who have NCC – C certificate, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) are preferred.

While applying, aspirants’ age should not be more than that of 28 years. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST candidates up to 05 years. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category also have to submit self-attested copies of the certificates in this regard.

Applicants can apply for the recruitment through the Bank’s website, southindianbank.com. Here, aspirants have to enter the basic details, upload photograph, signature and Curriculum Vitae (CV) based on the specifications given. On successful registration, an auto-generated user id (application reference number) displays on the screen. This user id and password should be carefully sustained for future reference. Also, keep print out of the filed applications safe for the record.

Candidates are supposed to pay the Rs. 800/- as the application fee. However, all the SC/ ST candidates have to pay an application fee amounting to Rs. 200/-. Fee once submitted will not be refunded under any circumstance.
