SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences is looking for candidates having knowledge of Central Rules related to Accounts, Audit, Service, Conditions & Financial Rules to fill up a vacancy for the post of Deputy Registrar (Finance)

SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences is inviting applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the post of Deputy Registrar (Finance). The centre has published an official recruitment notification in this regard at the official website i.e. newweb.bose.res.in. Eligible and intending candidates are invited to apply for recruitment to the aforementioned vacant post in the prescribed application proforma. The last date of receipt of the applications by post is September 17, 2020.

The detailed recruitment advertisement No. SNB/Advt/20-21/003, there is a single vacancy available for the post of Deputy Registrar (Finance). Selected candidates will be appointed to the aforementioned post in the Pay Level 11 at the pay scale of Rs 67700 – 2,08,700. The recruitment will be done on a regular basis from among individuals employed in Central Government, PSUs or Autonomous Bodies. Total gross emoluments at the start of the appointment will be at Level 11 in Kolkata for an amount of Rs 1,03,881 as per the 7th CPC.

Candidates must comply with the minimum eligibility conditions in order to apply for the recruitment. Candidates having a Post Graduate qualification in Commerce/Accountancy with at least 55% marks are eligible to apply. Besides, those who have a Graduate degree along with a Diploma in Accountancy/Financial Management or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant qualification are also eligible to apply. In addition, candidates must also have at least 03 to 05 years of experience at an administrative or executive level in the pay scale of Rs 15600 – 39100 + Rs 5400 (Grade Pay). Candidates must have sound knowledge of Central Rules related to Accounts, Audit, Service, Conditions & Financial Rules in an Education or Research Institute. The upper age of the candidates cannot be more than 52 years as on the closing date of the receipt of applications.

Before applying for selection, candidates must refer to the official website and check the complete eligibility conditions. Shortlisted applicants will be called for interview at the discretion of the recruiting authority. Therefore, mere possession of the minimum eligibility qualifications is not a guarantee of selection for the interview. Candidates who are called for the interview are required to produce their last pay certificate.

The format for application is available for download at the official website of the Centre. Applications must be filled up in the prescribed proforma and duly signed by the applicant. Completed applications, accompanied by the self-attested copies of relevant supporting documents must be forwarded to the Registrar, SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences, Block JD, Sector-III, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700 106 on or before the last date.
