Rajasthan Subordinate & Ministerial Services Selection Board (RSMSSB), Jaipur, has released the admit card for recruitment of Junior Instructor post on December 19, 2019. Candidates who have applied for the recruitment against the advertisement number “Adv. No. 06/2016” can download admit card from rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
To download admit card, candidates have to use their application number and date of birth. The process includes visiting rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in >> clicking on ‘admit card’ tab >> accessing the link of the post you have applied for under junior instructor >> clicking on the ‘get admit card’ link >> accessing the login using application number and date of birth.
Under the respective ogin of the candidates, the link to the download e-admit card will be available. On the day of the exam, candidates have to carry the printed copy of the e-admit card. As per the recruitment advertisement number “Adv. No. 08/2018”, the candidates with 40% and more disability can avail the facility of scribe to write the exam on their behalf. To claim this facility candidates have to visit the allocated exam center on their admit card at least 3 days before the exam and submit the disability certificate and apply for scribe facility.
Selection of the candidates will be based on the exam conducted by RSMSSB. The selection of the candidates will be against 402 vacancies available for 9 junior engineer posts.
The exam for the posts of mechanical diesel engine and electronic mechanics will be held on December 23, 2019. For the other posts of mechanic refrigeration & conditioner and wireman, exam will be held on December 24, 2019.
Exam timing for the post of mechanical diesel engine is 8:30 am to 11:30 am and for the post of electronic mechanics, candidates have to appear for the exam from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Similarly, on the next day for the post of mechanic refrigeration & conditioner and wireman, the exam time is 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm respectively.
The selected candidates will be offered salary as per the pay matrix of L-10 level.
The exam pattern for the recruitment includes a question paper for 150 marks in total. There will be 2 parts in the question paper, part A and B. In part A candidates will be asked questions from their selected post and in part B questions will be common for all the posts i.e. from general knowledge related to history, culture, art, geography, etc of the state of Rajasthan. The total duration to complete the exam is 3 hours. Detailed syllabus for all the posts is available on the website rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
