The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has released the Group D Document Verification Admit Card for RRC Western Railway (WR). It is released in online mode at the official website, rrc-wr.com. The process for the document verification will start from April 12, 2019. As of now, the details regarding the document verification has only released by the RRC WR.
To download the RRB Group D Document Verification Admit Card, go to the official website. Then, click on the appropriate link “Click here to download Call Letter for Document Verification in Western Railway”. Then, candidates need to log in by entering their Registration Number, and Date of Birth. Then, click on the “Submit” button. On submitting the details, the admit card for RRC WR Document Verification will appear on the screen.
The number of candidates called for the round of document verification is 100-150 per day. For each railway zone, the process of DV will last for around 3-4 weeks. The board does not check the eligibility claims of the candidates at the time of form filling. It is done at the time of RRB Group D Document Verification. Aspirants must ensure that on the allotted day they carry the relevant documents along with the admit card. Candidates need to carry original as well as two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents on the document verification day.
Failure of the submission of the documents will result in the cancelation of the candidature. The documents can be presented only in Hindi or English. In case the documents are in some other language then one should produce the self-attested translated version of the same.
Those candidates clearing the Document Verification round successfully will be called for the medical examination on the next day. The medical standards vary as per the posts applied from “A2” to “C1”. The medical exam is conducted to confirm that the candidate is eligible to carry out the duties for the post or not. Candidates who will be appointed for the post will be recruited on the pay scale of 7th CPC pay matrix and will get Rs. 18000, plus allowances.
RRB Group D Recruitment is open for 62907 vacancies. The posts which come under Level – 1 is a helper, cook, assistant pointsman, keyman, gateman, porter, etc. The selection of the candidates is done only on the basis of three stages CBT, PET followed by the Document Verification. The final appointment of the candidates is done only after passing the medical examination.
