Patna University has commenced the application process of all the UG courses on the official website of the University i.e. patnauniversity.ac.in from August 01, 2021. The application process will continue till August 20, 2021, for all the regular 3-year programmes. The basic eligibility for the candidates to apply for the UG Courses i.e. BA/B.SC/B.COM etc is completing the class 12th exam in the relevant stream with 45% marks. The final admission to the respective courses will be done on the basis of the merit list drawn by the University authorities.
The basic eligibility for the candidates willing to pursue BA is having cleared the Class 12th exam with a minimum of 45% marks. While for the B.Com General or B.Com Hons, the eligibility criteria are clearing 10+2 with commerce with at least 45% marks. For non-commerce students, the minimum aggregate percentage is 50% marks. Similarly for the B.SC, B.SC Hons, BCA, BBA etc the candidate is required to have completed class 10+2 with at least 45% marks in PCM/Commerce/Arts.

Step 1: The candidates should begin by visiting the official website of Patna University i.e. patnauniversity.ac.in.
Step 2: On reaching the homepage, the candidates are required to find the link to Apply Online and choose the Online Application process 2021-2022. Post clicking the link, the candidates will reach the login page and they have to click on the Signup button.
Step 3: Thereafter, the candidates have to enter their Full Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Course Applying for, Class 10+2 percentage and Domicile status and hit the sign up button.
Step 4: Upon submitting the information, the candidates will get their Application ID and Password on the candidate’s mobile and Email ID. The candidates are then required to click on the candidate login button and enter the same to fill the application form.
Step 5: On the application form the candidates have to mention their personal details i.e. Parent’s name, date of birth, Gender, Nationality, Gender, Religion, category, permanent and correspondence address. Thereafter, the candidates are required to enter their academic details i.e. Candidate’s roll number, passing year and subject and percentage scored in Class 10th and 12th exam.
Step 6: In the next step, the candidate has to upload all the relevant documents i.e. photograph, signature, class 12th marksheet, category and quota certificate. The file size of the photograph and signature should be 50 kb and 20 kb respectively. While the file size of other documents should be 250 kb.
Step 7: Once all the details are entered, the candidate is required to pay the application fee using Debit/Credit or Net banking.
Step 8: In the end, the candidates must save or download a copy of the application form after checking the final status of the same.
