Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan issued admit cards for candidates who have applied for NYKS recruitment 2019 today, at nyks.nic.in. A print out of the same, with photo identity proof should be taken to exam center.
The prominent what’s new section at the official website of NYKS, nyks.nic.in, has two very important scrolling texts with links. One says “exam scheduled for the post published against advertisement no.:11023/NYKS/Pers:Rect/2019 dated 31st May, 2019”. And the other just below it says, “online exam call letters for the post published against advertisement no.:11023/NYKS/Pers:Rect/2019 dated 31st May, 2019”.
Both lead to the same page where all the updates pertaining the advertisement have been updated since March. The exam schedule is given on top, and just below, link for online call letter is placed.
Upon clicking the online call letter link, one is transported to the call letter download page. Here, there is a login form with two fields. In the first field, one has to either enter registration number or roll number, and in the other, either password or date of birth has to be filled. Login through this form opens up the applicants admit card, which he or she can then download and print.
The call letter download page of NYKS clarifies that since this is an internet based process, delays in download may be due to internet speed, or large number of applicants trying to download the call letter at the same time. Applicants are informed through the portal that if there is such a delay, then they should try again in five minutes.
Another point cleared up through the login page is that registration number and password were generated at the time of registration. They were sent through email, and the same may be referred again to login now.
NYKS is all set to conduct the recruitment exams for various posts. The first day, September 6, will witness exam for assistant post, from 10 am to 12 noon, and junior computer programmer from 2 pm to 4 pm.
There will be three exams on September 7. Computer operator test from 8 am to 10 am. Then accounts clerk cum typist test from 12 noon to 2 pm. And stenographer from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Assistant director or district youth coordinator exam is on September 8 from 8 am to 10 am. Then LDC post exam is on same day from 12 noon to 2 om. MTS exam is again on the same day from 4 pm to 6 pm.
Last date of exam is September 9. On that day, from 10 am to 12 noon, there is an exam for librarian. Then exam for senior hindi translator is from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The NYKS recruitment 2019 is open for 160 vacancies of assistant director or district youth coordinator, 58 for accounts clerk cum typist, 38 vacancies of assistant. Then there are 23 vacancies each for stenographer, MTS. Junior computer programmer post has 17 vacancies, LDC has 12. Computer operator, librarian, senior hindi translator posts have 4, 1, 1 vacancies respectively.
The Sangathan had accepted applications until August 17, after the registration deadline was extended to that from August 7. Now less than a fortnight after closing registrations, admit cards have been released. Examination for the different posts will be held as per syllabus notified in point number seven of the advertisement.
