National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Main 2019 Admit Card for the April attempt on March 20, 2019 at 12:11 PM. The candidates have to download their admit card from jeemain.nic.in using their application number and password. NTA released the notice at around 10:50 PM regarding the release of the JEE Main 2019 Admit Card. However, it was then removed from the website. However, JEE Main 2019 Admit Card has now been issued and the candidates can download it from the official website.
The admit card is available for download until the day if the exam. The important thing to note is that the exam centre, shift and date are made available via the admit card itself. As per the allotted exam date, time, and centre, the candidates need to appear for their exam. This time did not allot the exam centre, date and shift separately.
How To Download The JEE Main 2019 Admit Card
To download the JEE Main 2019 Admit Card the candidates have to follow 4 simple steps. First, they need to visit the official website. Secondly, they have to click on the link that directs them to the admit card download link, it is available in the home page itself. The third step is to enter the application number and password to log in and get the admit card. Fourth and the last step is to check the admit card and download the same.
The candidates who forget or misplace their application number and password can retrieve the same using the “I can’t access my account?” link available in the login window. Note that the candidates who have already appeared in the January exam have to download the admit card again to appear in the April exam. They cannot use the January exam admit card to appear in the April exam.
The JEE Main 2019 April Admit Card have the exam date, shift and centre address. The candidates have to check the same and appear in the exam accordingly. Apart from the exam date, shift and centre the admit card also have the Candidate’s name, date of birth, category, father’s name, gender and state of eligibility, application number.
The admit card also contains the paper medium, course name, reporting time, gate closing time, date of examination, shift, timing of the test, test centre number and venue address of the test. In addition to that, it contains the photo of the candidate, the signature of the candidates as uploaded in the application form, and the important instructions for the candidates that are to be followed at the exam centre.
The JEE Main 2019 Exam date is April 07, 08, 9, 10 and 12, 2019. The candidates will have to appear in the exam as per the one exam date and shift that is mentioned on their respective admit card. Each day there will be 2 shifts. The first shift is from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and the second shift is from 2:30 to 5:30 PM. The Paper 2 exam will be held on April 07, 2019 only. However, paper 1 will be held on April 08, 09, 10 and 12, 2019.
