National Institute of Technology has published an official recruitment notification for the post of Project Assistant in a SERB project at the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. The recruitment notification containing all the important details of the terms and conditions and important dates related to the recruitment can be downloaded from the official website of the Institute i.e. nitdgp.ac.in. Eligible candidates willing to appear in the selection interview can forward their applications on or before 5.00 PM on August 03, 2020. The selection interviews are scheduled to be held on August 05, 2020. The final merit list is to be published on August 13, 2020.
NIT, Durgapur has advertised one vacancy for the post of Project Assistant in the SERB project at the ECE department. As per the detailed advertisement number NITD/SRCC/SR/ECE/2019/36/SRG/01 dated 11/07/2020, candidates having an M.Sc. degree in Electronics or Physics are eligible to apply for the recruitment. Candidates with B. Tech in Electronics or Electronics & Communication or Radio Physics and Electronics with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA are also eligible to apply for the recruitment.
The selection of eligible candidates is to be done through selection interviews scheduled to be conducted as per the aforementioned schedule of events. The interviews are to be conducted online and shortlisted applicants are to be informed of the time of the interview and the interview link through e-mail one day before the interview date. After the selection of the eligible candidate, the final merit list is to be published on the official website of NIT Durgapur on the aforementioned date. Candidates must note that the employment as the Project Assistant is purely on a contractual basis. Selected candidates are to be appointed for a period of two years only. During such a contractual period, appointed candidates are entitled to receive payment of Rs 20,000 per month.
