National Institute of Disaster Management (NIDM) is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up 16 vacancies for Consultant and other posts. The vacancies are to be filled up purely on a contractual basis. Eligible and intending candidates can forward their applications in the prescribed proforma to the Executive Director of the Institute in New Delhi. The vacancies are available for the posts of Web Developer (1), Consultant (Web-Designing/Publication/HR) (3), Jr. Consultant (Audio-visual Media/Accounts/Publication/Training/Coordination/HR/Admin/IT) (10), Store Keeper (IT) (1) and Videographer (1). Selected candidates are to be posted in various divisions/sections/cells of the Institute for fixed monthly remuneration.
Web-developer and Consultant post holders are entitled to receive a monthly salary of Rs 50000. Jr. Consultant (Audio-visual Media/Accounts/Publication) post holders are entitled to receive a monthly salary of Rs 41000. Other Jr. Consultant post holders will receive Rs 37500 as monthly salary. For the posts of Storekeeper (IT) and Videographer, the monthly salary is Rs 25000.
NIDM RECRUITMENT 2020 FOR CONSULTANT & OTHER POSTS DETAILED ADVERTISEMENT
NIDM has highlighted the minimum educational qualifications, age limit, period of posting and place of posting against each post separately in the detailed advertisement. For example, candidates within the age of 45 years holding a PG qualification in Computer Applications/Science or B.E./B.Tech along with 4 years or more of experience in developing interactive portals/websites in Windows environment are eligible to apply for the post of Web Developer and Consultant (Web-Developer). Relevant skills/knowledge and experience in the respective fields are essential to apply for these posts.
12th pass candidates who have atleast 1 year of experience in handling/storekeeping of IT equipment can apply for the post of Storekeeper (IT). Applicants must be within the age of 40 years. Class 12th pass candidates who have 1 year or more of experience as photographer/videographer are also eligible to apply for the post of Videographer.
