National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has released the admit card for LDC Group C today, on October 11, 2019. The NCRDC admit card 2019 is available for download at ncdrc.nic.in. Recruitment exam is scheduled to be held on October 20, 2019.
To download the admit card or e-call letter, candidates need to go to ncdrc.nic.in. Then click the “jobs direct recruitment 2019” link.
On the next page, click the link that appears at the top of the page, with the text “Click here to download Admit Card for the post of “LDC (Group-‘C’)”. This opens the login page with a login form. Here, enter any two of the fields among online application number, date of birth, and email ID.
The admit card released is the provisional admit card for objective type test paper 1 and paper 2, and written descriptive test paper 4 for LDC group C post.
NCDRC LDC recruitment 2019 is open for class 12th pass candidates. Selection for the post is on the basis of four papers namely paper 1, paper 2, paper 3, and paper 4.
Paper 1 is an objective type test with multiple choice questions. There will be 100 questions; 50 in general english with comprehension, 25 in general aptitude, and 25 in general knowledge.
Then paper 2 will be an objective type computer knowledge test with 25 questions.
Paper 3 will be a typing speed test in which candidates have to type 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer. They respectively correspond to 10,500 key depressions per hour, and 9,000 key depressions per hour, on an average of 5 key depressions per word.
Finally paper 4 will be a descriptive test in english language consisting of comprehension passage, precise writing and essay writing.
The qualifying marks in papers 1, 2, and 4 are 50% for general category and 45% for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PH. Paper 3 that is typing test will be merely a qualifying exam.
NCDRC recruitment 2019 is currently ongoing for three group C posts – UDC, LDC, and MTS. Respective number of vacancies in these posts are 11, 12, and 3. While the online application form for all the posts were opened simultaneously, on July 20, 2019 and closed on August 19, 2019, the exams are being held separately.
The commission has already conducted NCDRD UDC recruitment exam on October 6, 2019. Admit card for the exam was issued on September 27, 2019. After the upcoming LDC exam, next will be the turn of MTS exam.
MTS recruitment test is scheduled to be held on November 17, 2019. Admit card for the same will be issued on November 8, 2019. The process to download it will be same as the one to be carried out now for LDC.
National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission was set up under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986, in the year 1988. With its head office in Delhi, NCDRC is a quasi judicial commission. Recently, the commission has directed a school in HP to pay a fine of Rs 50,000 for not issuing a transfer certificate to a student on time.
