The Madhya Pradesh Agency for Promotion of Information Technology (MAP_IT) is going to conduct the Madhya Pradesh Computer Proficiency Certification Test – MP CPCT 2018 on October 27 and 28, 2018. CPCT is a mandatory requirement to get job in conducted for data entry, IT operation, Assistant Grade 3, and etc. Every year, around 60 to 70 thousand candidates apply for the exam.

Students who will be appearing for MP CPCT 2018 must download the admit card. Without it, candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam hall.  To download the admit card candidates need to visit the official website, which is www.cpct.mp.gov.in.  The, candidates need to click on CPCT admit card link. Then, the students have to enter the details such as the Login ID and the Password. After the system processes the Admit Card, at least 2 printouts of the same have to be kept by the candidates.


The official website also provides the students to get the Admit Card even if the students have lost/forgot the password to their login ID. For this purpose, the students have to enter the class 10th or 12th roll number and a Captcha code to recover the password.

To familiarise the students with the test interface, students have been provided the facility to take a mock test. This facility also helps the students to get to know the test pattern and students can give a little typing test and get better at it.

MP CPCT 2018 will be a computer based test. Candidates will be accessed on the basis of two sections in the MP CPCT 2018 exam – MCQ’s and the Typing Test 75 Multiple choice questions will be asked from the MP CPCT syllabus and have to be finished within 75 minutes. A 15-minute typing test (English and Hindi) will also be a part of the evaluation. As a sort of practice, students will be given a practice mock test of 10 minutes before the typing test. However, this mock test is only for the sake of candidates practice and will not be evaluated.

Students have to keep in mind that the exam body is strict about the rules so make sure to not take any personal belongings inside the exam hall. any unfair means if seen being kept or are utilized by the students will result in cancellation exam.
