MIT ADT University Pune has announced scholarship schemes for students taking admission in engineering courses. All eligible students taking admission in lateral and regular B.Tech courses can avail the scholarship, given that they fit into the set scholarship criteria. Also, it is applicable for the students who confirm their admission on or before August 25, 2020, for B.Tech regular course. For B.Tech lateral entry, the admission must be confirmed with 10 days of the declaration of the result.
The scheme of scholarship for B.Tech regular course is divided into 3 criteria. The first being scholarship based on class 12 PCM aggregate marks, second being class 12 total aggregate marks, and the third being scholarship based on JEE / CET / PERA CET percentile.
The students who get 95 percent and more in 12 PCM or in aggregate in class 12 will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 2,00,000. The same is applicable for the students who get 95 percentile and above in JEE / CET / PERA CET.
Students who get 90% to 94.99% in class 12 PCM or in total aggregate will get Rs. 1, 60,000 as scholarship amount. The same amount will be applicable for the candidates getting a percentile score of 90 to 94.99 in JEE / CET / PERA CET.
Students getting a percentile score of 85 to 89.99 percentile in JEE / CET / PERA CET or having 85% to 89.9% in class 12 PCM / 12th aggregate can available the scholarship of Rs. 1,20,000.
Similarly, students who get 80 to 84.99 percentile in JEE / CET / PERA CET and get 80% to 84.99% in class 12 PCM / 12th aggregate can avail the scholarship worth Rs. 80,000.
Talking about the scholarship scheme for the B.Tech lateral entry admission, the only criteria is percentage marks of diploma final year aggregate. The candidates who have aggregate marks of a minimum of 90% can avail the scholarship worth INR 1,50,000. Students have an aggregate score between 85 % to 89.99% can avail the scholarship amount worth INR 1,20,000. Lastly, the scholarship amount of INR 90,000 will be awarded to candidates with an aggregate percentage between 80% to 84.99%.
