Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) has released the Admit Card for annual examination 2018-19 on the official website, http://www.mgkvp.ac.in. Students appearing for the annual exam can download the admit card either by registration number or roll number. The University annual examination 2018-19 is scheduled from February 25 to April 12, 2019.
The Admit Card is available for Backlog, Improvement, Improvement (private), Private, and Regular Exam. Students must take the print out of the admit card before appearing for the exam. Carry the Admit Card along with the valid college ID card on the day of the exam. The exam centre name and address can also be checked from the admit card.

First of all visit the website, exams.mgkvp.online and refer to admit card link. Now enter the “Registration Number and Date of Birth”. The admit card will appear, check all the printed details on the admit card take the print out of the same.
Get The Signature and seal of Principal on the Admit Card before appearing for the exam.
The Admit Card holds the information such as application registration number, enrolment number, roll number, exam centre name, college name, candidate name, candidates’ mother & father name, gender, subject/paper name, students photograph, students photograph, students signature, controller of exam signature.
MGKVP Time Table
Annual Examination 2018-19 Time Table is available online on the official website of the university. MGKVP Time Table is available for BA, B.Com, BSc, BSc(Ag.), BFA, B.Mus. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year Annual Exam 2018-19. Students can check the exam date, time, subject name and important instruction to follow on the day of the exam.
MGKVP Annual Exam
MGKVP annual examination will commence from February 25, 2019. Students can refer timetable to know the exam dates. The exam will be conducted in two session morning and evening. The exam timing for morning session is 08:30 to 11:30 AM and the evening session is 02:00 to 05:00 PM. The students appearing for the exam should report to the exam centre 30 minutes earlier.
Mobile phone, electronic gadgets, programmable calculator or any object that may be used for the malpractice are prohibited inside the exam hall. Do not make un-necessary marks inside or outside of the answer book. Students are advised to use the blue or black pen during the exam. To know the details of Viva Voce or practical exam contact the department or the principal. If a student fails to appear for the exam then the university will not conduct the re-exam.
