Medical and Health Department, Prakasam District, Andhra Pradesh has released an official notification related to the recruitment of Radiographer, MNO, FNO, Dark Room Assistant, Operation Theatre Assistant, Theatre Assistant and Data Entry Operator. The applications are invited to fill the 115 vacant posts. Candidates are appointed on an outsourcing basis. The detailed advertisement with Notification no. 04/2020 is available on prakasam.ap.gov.in. Aspirants can apply for the announced posts before the due date, July 25, 2020, by 05:00 PM.
For the Radiographer, the conducting body has announced 03 vacancies, 44 for MNO, 39 for FNO, 01 for Dark Room Assistant, 06 for Operation Theatre Assistant, 04 for Theatre Assistant and 18 for Data Entry Operator. Those who are shortlisted for the announced posts receive salaries on a monthly basis. Radiographer receives the salary of Rs.17,500/-, MNO, FNO & Theatre Assistant gets Rs. 12,000/-, Data Entry Operator and Dark Room Assistant get Rs. 15,000/-. and Operation Theatre Assistant. gets Rs. 14, 250/- for Operation Theatre Assistant.
To apply for Radiographer, candidates must have passed the CRA exam. Preference is given to those candidates who have B.Sc, M. Sc, MA, B. Sc (Hons) or BA (Hons) in addition to CRA exam. Candidates who have successfully completed their training course for Dark Room Assistant are eligible to apply for the same post, after fulfilling the eligibility criteria. Those who have passed 10th class and have 05 years of work experience can apply for Operation Theatre Assistant and Theatre Assistant. Aspirants with any degree with computers can submit their forms for Data Entry Operator. To apply for MNO and FNO, candidates must have passed 10th class.
Candidates should not have completed 42 years as on July 01, 2020. The maximum age limit for reserved category candidates is relaxed as per the reservation rules. For SC/ST/ BC candidates the upper age limit is relaxed up to 05 years, 10 years for Physically Handicap candidates, 03 years plus the length of service armed force for Ex-servicemen.
The forms can be submitted only through offline process. Aspirants have to visit the official website, prakasam.ap.gov.in to download the form. The filled-in application form should be submitted through register post or manually. The form should reach O/o.Addl.District Medical & Health Officer(Aids & Leprosy), Old RIMS Premises, Prakasam District, Ongole. Aspirants also have to attach self-attested copies of the documents with the application form.
Based on the educational qualification, work experience, additional course, candidates are allotted marks. Refer to the official notification to the distribution of marks for the selection procedure. After the declaration of the merit list, candidates have to carry original documents in the prescribed time and venue for verification.
