The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, was supposed to announce the Maharashtra MBA Common Entrance Test (MAH MBA / MMS CET) 2021 results yesterday. While the State CET Cell had not made any separate announcements on it, the date of announcement of result was supposed to be yesterday as per the official information brochure. While that did not happen, aspirants are looking forward to the results being out today after a day’s delay.
As per the information brochure, the MBA CET 2021 result date is September 28, 2021. Thus, all candidates who had appeared in the state level MBA entrance exam had been checking the official website cetcell.mahacet.org from morning to late night yesterday. After not getting any update there, now candidates are trying to contact the helpline to get some update. Until now, there is no word from the exam organizers on why there has been a delay, and what will be the result date.
This year, the MAH MBA CET examination was held from September 16 to 18, 2021. On the basis of this exam, candidates will be competing for admission to various Management courses offered within the state. Admissions will be granted based on merit, seats available and reservations applicable.
While waiting for the results to be announced, one thing’s for sure – candidates can access their scorecards ONLY on the official website mahacet.org.
On the homepage of the website, click on the “MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2021” option. This will be available underneath the “Post Graduate Courses” heading. As soon as result is out, announcement will be made on the website cetcell.mahacet.org as well as the MBA CET 2021 page dedicated on it. Candidates will need application number, date of birth and security code in order to login to check their results.
The state entrance test cell will be announcing the MAH MBA CET 2021 results in two forms – a merit list and scorecards. Candidates who qualify the exam will be mentioned in the merit list. However, rather than the merit list, the scorecard is valid for the admission process. This is the reason why candidates have been instructed to print a copy of the latter. Qualified aspirants will be asked to appear for the DTE Maharashtra Counselling process in due course of time. Schedule and dates for the same will be notified soon after result declaration.
The MAH MBA CET 2021 counselling process will involve several important steps which are as follows –
# Online registration and uploading of required documents
# Verification of documents
# Release of provisional merit list
# Submission of grievance against the merit list
# Publishing of final merit list for Maharashtra State, All India and other categories
# Display of provisional category-wise seat allotment for round
