LPU Announces LPUNEST 2018 Engineering Result; Meet The Toppers

Lovely Professional University has declared LPUNEST 2018 result for its engineering entrance test on its official website. The candidates can download their result cards from http://www.lpu.in and can access their ranks, scholarship status, counselling dates etc on this website. This result is for LPUNEST 2018 test, Phase-I A, which was held from 10th to 30th April 2018. The candidates from across the country had appeared for the exam in a large number.

Although first phase results are out, candidates can still apply for second phase of LPUNEST 2018. This year LPU has announced state wise toppers also.

State wise toppers of LPUNEST 2018 are Aaryaman Saxena from Jalandhar, KVR Hemant Kumar Chodipilli from Andhra Pradesh, Sudhansu Kumar in Arunachal Pradesh, Akshat Kaushik scored highest marks in Assam, and Sonu Kumar Gupta from Bihar.

List also includes Ayush Mahendru from Chandigarh, Shankar Nair from Chhattisgarh, Ankit Kumar Jha from Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Saurav in Delhi, Gnanesh Murthy in Goa, Sarth Kanani in Gujarat.

Toppers of LPU NEST 2018 are also Abhishek Aggarwal from Haryana, Arun Singh from Himachal Pradesh, Vamakshi Magotra from Jammu and Kashmir, Ayush Kumar in Jharkhand, Ashwin Mam in Karnataka, VS Govardhan in Kerala.

Featuring in toppers list s per result of LPU NEST 2018 are also Prince Varshney from Madhya Pradesh, Pinjari Arbaj Mansur in Maharashtra, Luwangcha Tomthilnganba Meetei in Manipur, Mickelson Lyngdoh from Meghalaya, Pithungo O Ngullie from Nagaland, Pratyush Kumar Pani from Odisha.

LPU NEST 2018 Toppers also have names of B Visha from Puducherry, Yashika Aggarwal from Punjab, Kanishk Pandya from Rajasthan, Deepak Thakur from Sikkim, Arvinth S from Tamil Nadu, K Amruth from Telangana, Deepantu Sarkar from Tripura, Shanika Mehrotra from Uttar Pradesh, Ayush Singh from Uttarakhand, and Anshuman Shaw from West Bengal.

The candidates who have cleared the entrance test are now going to attend the counselling process from May 7 to May 12, 2018. During this period, candidates have to fill their online seat preferences, and their seat allotment letter for round I will be issued on May 14, 2018. After this, candidates can take admission in their allotted seats.

LPU Chancellor Mr Ashok Mittal informed: “LPU conducts entrance exam every year to get best students for its B Tech programs, which are proven to be academically strong and hunt after by the students from all quarters. This test measures the students’ abilities and is not only an entrance test but also a scholarship test. Candidates will also get scholarship upto Rs 1.5 Lakh per annum depending upon their performance in this test. I am happy to share that the test was successfully conducted in 200 cities and result is also declared on time.”

This year LPU has also been ranked among the top 2 universities in India in the management category by Govt of India (NIRF) in the outreach and inclusivity parameter. Illustrative, the candidates taking admission through online process under Phase 1A will be entitled for maximum scholarship slab. They will also avail Early Decision Benefit (EDB) and for this tuition fee of the year 2017 will be applicable to them. Applications for Phase 1B of the test are also being received now and students can apply for the same till May 25, 2018.
