Life Insurance Corporation has issued admit card for LIC Assistant main exam 2019. The LIC Assistant main exam 2019 is scheduled to be held on December 22, 2019. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of LIC, licindia.in.
On the scheduled date, candidates have to carry call letter of LIC Assistant, one passport size photograph and one valid photo identity proof such as (Driving license, PAN card, Aadhar card, Voter ID card, etc).
Candidates should be at the venue 1 hour prior before the commencement of examination, including the time needed to logging in, receive the call letters, go through the instructions etc.
How to download LIC Assistant Mains Call letter 2019?
To download LIC Assistant admit card 2019 for the main examination, candidates need to follow some simple steps. Visit the official website, licindia.in. Now, go to Careers (link in the bottom menu). After that click on the link Recruitment of Assistants 2019. Here, you can find a link which says “Live link for call letter downloading – the main examination”. A new page will appear on the screen.
Then candidates can access the admit card by entering with the registration number/roll number and password/date of birth.
Call letter of LIC Asssitant 2019 contains the name, roll number, registration number, category, exam name, exam date, timings, venue details, venue code, photograph, signature and exam instructions.
The main examination is being conducted in online mode. The online examination is comprised of 200 objective type questions. The time duration for the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes. The language of the paper is in both, English and Hindi except for the language test.
The sections of Part A, B and C states are from General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, and Hindi Language.
After the successful completion of main examintion LIC releases the result divison wise. Candidates should obtain minimum marks separately in each category and also obtain minimum marks in the aggregate to qualify for the test.
The assistant’s basic pay for the post is Rs. 14435/- per month. In addition, the basic pay is applied to the emoluments. The total emolument amount can be as high as Rs. 30,000/-. Candidates must be in a six-month probation period after being hired.
The total vacancies to be filled in LIC Assistant 2019 is 7704 vacancies. The vacancies for this post are notified according to their regions for various vacancies in different cities. Northern zone has 1544 vacancies, Eastern zone has 980 vacancies, Central zone has 472, South Central zone has 631, North Central zone has 1313 vacancies. Then the Southern zone and East Central zone have 400 and 1497 vacancies.
