Uttar Pradesh Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (UPMSCL) has extended the last date to submit the application form for its recruitment process. The recruitment process is being conducted to fill 31 deputation/ contractual vacancies. Candidates can submit the form last by 11:59:59 PM on December 19, 2019. The application form is available online until then at upmsc.in. Initially, the last date to apply was December 12, 2019.
UPMSCL recruitment 2019 is for various posts including General Manager (Finance & Accounts), General Manager (Drug Procurement), General Manager (Supply Chain), General Manager (Services), Manager (Drugs Procurement), Pharmacist (Drugs Procurement), Pharmacist (Quality Control), Consultant Health, Consultant – Equipment & Services Procurement, Manager (Financial Planning & Analysis), Manager (Services), Manager Warehouse (Supply Chain), Assistant Manager (Supply Chain), Biomedical Engineer (EquipmentProcurement).
Candidates who are regular government employees can also apply through deputation. On the other hand, those who apply for the posts under open market will be recruited on a contractual basis, initially for a period of three years which can be extended further based on candidate’s performance.
Those who are selected on deputation would require to submit NOC from the parent department at the time of joining. Domicile of UP candidates claiming reservation in the reserved category need to submit the Caste certificate along with permanent residential proof in the prescribed format issued by the competent authority, whereas, candidates from other state will be treated as unreserved category.
To apply online, candidates must visit website, upmscl.samshrm.com. On the homepage of the website, click on the “New registration” button. In order to register online, candidates have to provide their name, email id, mobile number, and create a new password. Once the registration is done, candidates will recieve an SMS containing User Id and Password for the login. Candidates should keep their scanned image, signature and updated CV/ resume ready as it is required to be uploaded in the application form.
After registration, login to “Job Dashboard” and proceed to fill in personal details, education qualification details, experience details. Also, candidates have to upload the necessary images as per the specification and format. After filling all the details, preview that the information is correct and then aspirants will recieve an SMS on their registered mobile number containing the application reference no.
UPMSCL has notified in its recruitment advertisement that the request for change / correction in the application form will not be allowed after final submission of the form. However, if there is any query after the screening outcome is announced, in such a case, candidates shall be given a deadline of 2-4 days to raise their query for correction in detail(s) in application form. Only on the basis of the conclusion of the screening committee, the screening status of the candidate may change.
Candidates must submit a single application form and by online mode only. Form submitted by any other mode will not be accepted. Furthermore, application with incomplete information, without photograph, signature, or supporting document shall also be rejected.
For shortlisting the candidates for the mentioned positions, a personal interview will be conducted. Maximum 10 number of candidates shall be shortlisted for final interviews, however, in case if the number of candidates is more than 10, then a preliminary interview / selection process will be conducted for shortling only 10 candidates for final interview.
