Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) is organizing the application procedure for Assam High School TET. Today is the last date to submit the online applications for Assam High School TET 2020. Candidates who wish to build their career as a teacher in Assam can submit their application online. Aspirants who have not submitted Assam High School TET application can submit it through ssa.assam.gov.in. The last day to make the online payment is December 03, 2020.
Only those candidates can apply for Assam High School TET who fit into the eligibility criteria. Candidates who have a bachelors degree or post-graduation degree with B.Ed can apply for the Assam HS TET exam. Their age should not be less than that of 21 years while applying. Most importantly, the candidate should be a permanent resident of Assam State.
To apply online, candidates first have to browse the official website of Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan, ssa.assam.gov.in. Thereafter, scroll down to the latest section to get the “Advertisement HS TET”. Candidates are then directed to the page wherein they will get all the information for Assam HS TET. Now, to apply, tap on ‘click here to apply online’ link. If candidates have to not registered themselves, they can do so by clicking on ‘registration link’. On successful registration, use the login details to login and submit Assam High Schoool TET application form.
While applying, aspirants have to pay the Assam HS TET application fee. Those who belong to General category have to pay an application fee amounting to Rs. 500/-. Those who belong to the SC/ ST/ OBC category have to pay Rs. 300/-. Candidates can pay the fee only through the online mode. They can use Debit/Credit/Internet banking/ Other banks debit, credit or internet banking/Cash or transfer from SBI branches.
Once the application process is over, the conducting body will release the Assam High School TET admit card. Aspirants who are preparing for the examination can download the syllabus online. They have to visit ssa.assam.gov.in to get the PDF files for Assam High School TET Syllabus. The examination for High School TET will take place on January 10, 2021. Aspirants have to secure minimum 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC/ MOBC/ PWD) to qualify the exam. Thereafter, qualified candidates are awarded the Assam High School TET certificate. They can use this certificate to apply for teachers post available in Government/ Public sector aided schools all across the Assam state.
