Karnataka State Police (KSP) has released the hall ticket for Civil police Constable (CPC) recruitment 2019. The police department has decided to conduct the written exam on November 17, 2019. Candidates who had applied for the recruitment against notification no. 09/recruitment-4/2019-20, can now download their admit cards.
To download the hall ticket, candidates can either first visit ksp.gov.in, then click current recruitment, and on next page click police recruitment 2019. Or directly go to rec19.ksp-online.in. On rec19.ksp-online.in, click the click here to know status link against “application for the post of civil police constable ( men & women) – 2019”. This opens the central page where all updates pertaining to this particular notification are updated.
The news and events section on this page says “Written examination fixed on 17.11.2019. Written examination call letter has been uploaded for post of civil police constable ( men & women) – 2019, download (from my application) and attend the written examination as per the schedule mentioned in call letter.”
Candidates need to click my application link and then login in order to download their call letters. They may encounter speed issues as the website is being visited by a large number of candidates making the website slow. After downloading and saving the hall ticket, it needs to be printed for the purpose of being carried to the exam hall.
There will be two stages in the recruitment process. One is written exam, and the second is ET and PST. Only those candidates who are declared as qualified in the written exam will be called for endurance test and physical standards test. The written test is anticipated to be of 100 marks of 90 minutes duration, with sections on general knowledge and mental ability; exact details shall be as per notification and recruitment norms of KSP.
Candidates have reported that they are unable to open the official website. However few have been able to login and download their hall tickets. The issue is arising mainly in light of the large number of candidates visiting the site at once, cause load on server, and imminently making the website slow.
KSP CPC recruitment 2019 notification for NHK region was published on September 23. After that applications were accepted online over cpcnhk19.ksp-online.in until October 17. Fee could, however, be paid until October 19, 2019. The process aims to fill a total of 2,013 vacancies wherein 1,604 are for males and 409 for females. Unit wise distribution of vacancies are like this, with the first vacancy figure in front of a unit being for males, and the second for females: Bengaluru City – 640, 160; Belagavi City – 60, 15; Hubbali-Dharwad City – 60, 15; Mangaluru City – 60, 15; Bengaluru Dist – 60, 15; Ramanagara Dist – 60, 15; Chamarajanagara Dist – 60, 16; U.K. Karwar – 61, 17; Mandya – 80, 20; Udupi – 80, 21; Hassan – 60, 15; Tumakuru – 60, 15; D.K. Dist – 60, 18; Mysuru Dist- 60, 16; Kodagu- 63, 16; Shivamogga – 80, 20. All the posts were open for PUC or class 12th pass candidates. Owing to the large number of vacancies, and qualifications requirement, a large number of candidates have applied against the notification.
