Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up 75 vacancies for the posts of Medical Officer and Staff Nurse. The contractual vacancies are advertised in a detailed recruitment notification published by the Corporation at kolhapurcorporation.gov.in Eligible and interested candidates are invited to appear in the selection interviews that are scheduled to be conducted tomorrow i.e. August 28, 2020.
As per the detailed recruitment notification published by the Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, 75 vacancies are available in all. Out of these, 25 vacancies are for the post of Medical Officer and 50 vacancies are for the post of Staff Nurse. The validity of the contractual vacancies are for a period of 03 months only. Candidates appointed to the post of Medical Officer are entitled to receive Rs 50000 as monthly consolidated payment for MBBS degree holders and Rs 30000 for BAMS, BHMS and BDS degree holders. On the other hand, candidates appointed to the post of Staff Nurse are entitled to receive Rs 20000 for GNM qualification holders and Rs 17000 for ANM qualification holders.
Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the specified minimum eligibility conditions before applying for the recruitment. In order to apply for the post of Medical Officer, candidates must have an MBBS degree or Post Graduate Diploma/Degree or MD in Ayurveda. Candidates who have BAMS, BHMS or BDS degree are also eligible to apply for the post of Medical Officer. On the other hand, candidates who have GNM or ANM qualification are eligible to apply for the post of Staff Nurse. The minimum age of the applicants must be 18 years as on the date of the advertisement.
The selection of the eligible applicants is to be done through interviews that are to be conducted as per schedule tomorrow i.e. August 28, 2020. As per the notification, the interviews are scheduled to commence on 10.00 PM. Selection interviews will conclude on 01.00 PM tomorrow. The venue of the interview is Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, Chief Election Office, Tarabai Park, in front of Sasan Ground, Kolhapur.
Eligible and interested candidates must report to the aforementioned venue well before the with applications for recruitment. The Corporation does not prescribe any specific format of applications. However, candidates must carry all supporting documents and testimonials in original and their self-attested photocopies. In addition, candidates must also carry copies of recent passport-sized photographs to the interview. Candidates have to provide an undertaking in a stamp paper of Rs 100 at the time of joining.
