KEAM 2022

KEAM (Kerala Engineering, Architecture Medical Entrance Exam) is one of the popular exams held in the state to provide admission in B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Phama, and other courses. Candidates seeking admission are provided with the same on the basis of the scorecard of JEE Main and NEET exams. Those who appear in the examination can get admission only on the condition if they clear the minimum qualifying marks and are up on the combined merit list drafted by CEE, Kerala.

KEAM 2022 is conducted in the offline mode for only two papers, paper 1 (Physics and Chemistry) and Paper 2 (Mathematics), as per previous records. Both the papers are going to have 120 questions accounting for the same marks. Candidates usually get 150 minutes to solve each paper. The minimum qualifying marks for the unreserved category is 50% of the total and 40% of the total marks for the reserved category.

Post the written examination, the CEE releases the result along with the rank list for all the participants. After this, the commission conducts the counseling of the candidates wherein they are provided admission on the basis of the score obtained in the exam and rank assigned. The final admission in any of the courses is also subjected to the total seats available for a particular course along with the rank of the candidate.
