KEAM 2021 Registration Started, Apply at cee.kerala.gov.in – Photo Size, Documents Needed, Fees for Application Form Explained

Interested candidates must apply for the KEAM 2021 entrance exam on or before June 21, 2021, up to 5:00 pm on the official website cee.kerala.gov.in.

KEAM 2021 Registration

Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) has begun the registration process today, June 01, 2021, for the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) 2021 examination. Interested candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria can apply on the official website cee.kerala.gov.in. They are required to complete all the registration formalities on or before June 21, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. Furthermore, the deadline to upload the necessary documents is June 30, 2021, up to 5:00 pm. Candidates are advised to read the official KEAM 2021 information prospectus before applying for the entrance exam.

During the KEAM 2021 application process, candidates have to upload a number of documents in accordance with the format specified by authorities. They must upload their recent photograph and signature in the JPEG format as per the prescribed dimensions. The photograph must be of 150 pixel width and 200 pixel height. The file size of photograph must lie between 15 kb and 100 kb. Similarly, the candidate’s signature must be of 150 pixel width and 100 pixel height. The prescribed file size for signature is between 10 kb and 100 kb.

Apart from photograph and signature, Candidates have to upload their nativity proof, date of birth proof, caste or EWS certificate (if applicable), certificate of Special Reservation Claim (if applicable), income certificate, etc. All these documents must be uploaded on the official website cee.kerala.gov.in in the PDF format. Candidates are advised to keep these certificates ready for upload before starting the registration process.

According to KEAM 2021 instructions, candidates who do not belong to SC/ST category shall come under the General category. Hence, the specified application fee shall follow this rule and will differ depending on the course for which the candidate is applying. Candidates can pay the application fee using any of the online payment modes such as Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. They may also pay their fee through the e-challan generated during the online application process. This fee must be paid at the nearest head or Sub Post Office within Kerala.

General category candidates have to pay Rs. 700 as application fee to apply for Engineering, B. Pharm or both. They must pay Rs.500 for Architecture, Medical and Allied, or both courses. In case candidates want to apply for all courses, they must pay Rs.900 as application fee.  

SC category candidates have to pay Rs. 300 as application fee to apply for Engineering, B. Pharm or both. They must pay Rs.200 for Architecture, Medical and Allied, or both courses. In case candidates want to apply for all courses, they must pay Rs.400 as application fee. However, ST category candidates are not required to pay any application fee to register for KEAM 2021.
