Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) is expected to extend the deadline for filing the KCET 2022 application form. Earlier, the authorities announced that the KCET application form link is going to be deactivated on May 05, 2022, till 11.59 PM. The last date to pay the application form fee is going to be May 06, 2022.
However, today the authorities have released a notice hinting about the same on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. As per the notice released, the authorities have notified those candidates who could not fill out the application form shall be provided with the provision of an extension. The notice also said that the authorities are assessing the requests put forth by the candidates. The candidates have also been asked to keep a tab on the official website for all the latest updates. KCET 2022 Important Dates
Apart from this, the facility for editing the KCET 2022 application form is going to commence from May 07 to 10, 2022. KEA is going to conduct KCET 2022 examination on June 16, 17 and 18, 2022. The exam is going to be conducted in two shifts i.e. morning and evening. The exam for Biology and Physics is going to be held from 10:30 am to 11:50 am in the first shift. The remaining papers, Maths and Chemistry shall be held from 2:30 pm to 3:50 pm. second paper i.e. Other than this, the admit card for the KCET 2022 exam shall be available from May 30, 2022. The candidates who wish to submit the special certificate can do the same between June 06 to 08, 2022.
KCET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) is an annual test conducted by KEA to provide admission to candidates in courses such as B.Tech, B.E, B. Pharm, B.Arch and BSc offered by colleges in Karnataka. The examination is going to be held in the offline mode with 180 questions from three subjects. The questions asked in the exam shall be in English and Kannada language. Candidates willing to get admission in Engineering or technical courses need to opt for the Maths paper. Whereas, the one willing to join medical field should go for Biology paper.
