Jammu Kashmir Service Selection Board (JKSSB) has announced the JKSSB 2022 exam dates on the official website, jkssb.nic.in today, December 30, 2021. Candidates going to attempt the examination are advised to check and download the exam schedule. per the notice, the examination for all the 4364 vacancies notified by the board earlier is going to commence from January 15, 2022, onwards. It has also been announced that the admit card for all the exams must be notified in the due course.
The board this year has decided to conduct the JKSSB 2022 exam for all the notified vacancies in CBT (computer-based test) mode. Other than this, only the examination for Accounts Assistant Finance scheduled for January 30, 2021, will be held in the OMR mode.
JKSSB Junior Engineer (Civil) exam is going to be held from January 15 to 17, 2022, Draftsman (Mechanical) will be held on January 18, 2022. The Junior Scale Stenographer, Personal Assistant, and Steno Typist exams are scheduled for the first week of February 2022. The examination for Horticulture Technician Grade-IV is scheduled for the third week of February 2022.
JKSSB Junior Engineer (JE) exam is going to have 120 questions from different topics relevant to the discipline accounting for 120 marks. The questions are going to be in the form of a multiple-choice-based format. The prescribed duration for completing the test is 120 minutes and there is a negative marking equivalent to 0.25 marks for wrong answers.
The JKSSB Accounts Assistant exam pattern is going to have 120 questions from GK, Mathematics, General Economics, Applications, Account and Bookkeeping, and Science. The marking scheme and duration are similar to the JKSSB JE examination. Candidates going to be successful in the examination will be called for the next round i.e. Document Verification round.
Once the examination is over, the board is going to announce the answer key for all the posts separately. After this, the final result shall be released and it comprises the names of the candidates successful in the JKSSSB examination.
