JEECUP Result 2021

The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh or JEECUP is all set to announce the results of the polytechnic entrance examination today. Once released, the results for the computer-based tests (CBTs) will be available on jeecup.nic.in. The allocation of the institutions and courses will be based on the marks obtained in the entrance examination. JEECUP 2021 examination was conducted from August 31, 2021 to September 04, 2021.

For checking the JEECUP results, it is advised that candidates keep their application number and date of birth handy. Take a look at the required steps for checking one’s results.

Step 1- Firstly, visit the official JEECUP website – jeecup.nic.in

Step 2- Click on the link for UP JEECUP 2021 results. Note that the link will only be activated after the results have been officially declared

Step 3- Candidates may be asked to provide details such as application number, booklet number, date of birth, etc. in the login window

Step 4- Now, click on the submit button after which the result will be displayed on the screen

Step 5- Download the soft copy of the JEECUP result and also take a printout for future correspondence.

It is mandatory that all the candidates secure the minimum qualifying marks that will be prescribed by the Council to be eligible for admission to the Polytechnic courses in the colleges and institutes that are affiliated with the Council. The merit lists will be prepared on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the entrance test. This upcoming JEECUP 2021 result will be prepared based on the final answer key that was released on September 07, 2021.

Regarding the allotment of courses and institutions, the entire process will be carried through counselling. However, this again depends on the availability of seats and the choices given by the candidates along with the merit order. Right after the declaration of the JEECUP 2021 results, the council will publish the detailed rules, procedure, date, time, place, procedure and guidelines in the newspapers and also the official website. Registration for the first round of counselling is set to begin from tomorrow, i.e. September 14, 2021 and continue till September 16, 2021. Note that after the seat allotment is done, no change in the course or institution will be possible.

In 2020, candidates could check the opening and closing ranks by specifying the round number, institute and programme on the official site. Hence, once the results are released, it is likely that the same facility will be available for JEECUP 2021. A tentative online counselling schedule from the first to the third rounds is now available on the website. As per the schedule, the classes for the 2021-22 session is set to begin from October 01, 2021. Candidates can browse through the brochure to get an idea about the required fees and qualification criteria. They are also advised to keep all education and reservation-related certificates ready.
