National Testing Agency (NTA) has today, June 14, 2022, released the JEE Main 2022 advance city intimation for session 1. Intimation document has been release, on the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates who have registered for first session will get to know their allotted exam city. All they have to do is key-in the required credentials using Registration Number and Date of Birth. The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 session 1 is all set t be conducted from June 20 to 21, 2022.
With the JEE Main 2022 advance city intimation released, candidates can expect their admit card to release in 1-2 days, preferably by June 16, 2022. Admit card will reveal the and address of allotted exam centre.
How to download JEE Main 2022 advance city intimation?
To download the JEE Main 2022 exam city intimation, candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below –
Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main 2022 i.e., jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the link attached to”Please Download Exam City Intimation Slip for JEE (Main) 2022 Session 1″ link present under the “Candidate’s Activity” section.
Step 3: By doing so, a new page will open asking for login credentials such as Registration Number and Date of Birth. Key-in the required details along with the captcha code displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ option to access the intimation document.
Step 5: The JEE Main 2022 advance city intimation will appear on the screen. Download or print a copy of the document before the exam.
Candidates must note that the JEE Main 2022 advance city intimation is not mandatory to carry to the allotted exam centre. However, it is compulsory for each aspirant to carry his/her admit card for verification reasons.
Admit card and Exam City Intimation Different
In addition to intimation document, NTA also released a notice on the official website. As per the public notice,
The Admit Card of JEE (Main) – 2022 Session 1 shall be issued later.
With the session 1 exam scheduled to begin from June 20, 2022, admit cards are likely to come out by June 16, 2022. A link to download the JEE Main 2022 admit card will be made available on the official portal, under the Candidate’s Activity” section.
The JEE Main 2022 session 1 exam will be conducted on June 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, 2022. Entrance test will be held on a nationwide level, across 501 cities.
