JEE Main 2021 Result out at testservices.nic.in -Direct Link

JEE Main Result 2021: The JEE Main 2021 result for session 4 has been declared. Along with the NTA score of session 4, the All India Rank of all sessions including of those who appeared in session 1 / 2 / 3 has been announced. Besides the data available is also that of the cut off, merit list at jeemain.nta.nic.in, nta.nic.in, ntaresults.nic.in, nta.ac.in. The score card will also be available on DigiLocker.

National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Mains) 2021. Today, on September 15, 2021, at _ am, the results of session 4 exam have been announced, as well as the All India Rank of all students who appeared in any of the sessions (1, 2, 3, 4) are also out. All students can check their results from jeemain.nta.nic.in.

10.42 AM – Even though NTA has not yet made announcement about the result, at the link https://testservices.nic.in/resultservices/JEEMain2021auth, the option of ‘May’ session has been activated in the drop down. Which indicates that the JEE Main 2021 session 4 result is out.

The total number of unique students who appeared in JEE Mains was 9,34,602. The students who actually appeared in the paper in each session was as follows: session 1 – 6.2 lakh, session 2 – 5.6 lakh, session 3 – 5.4 lakh, and session 4 – 4.8 lakh.

Candidates having the cut off percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.

Last year the cut offs were – UR – 90.3765335 percentile, EWS – 70.2435518, OBC – 72.8887969, SC – 50.1760245, ST – 39.0696101, PwD – 0.06185224.

In the first session, only 6 students got 100 percentile. Then in session 2, a total of 13 students got 100 percentile. Then in session 3, the number was 17. Now in session 4, the number of 100 percentilers is 44.

As announced, 44 students successfully scored 100 percentile marks, beating the session 3 record of 17 students achieving the perfect score. There were around 7.32 lakh candidates for this session, out of which _ students qualified the exam.

How to check JEE Main 2021 Session 4 results?

To check their JEE Main 2021 results using JEE Main’s official website, candidates can follow the steps given below –

Step 1: Visit the official website of JEE Main 2021 i.e., jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage of the website, click on the ‘JEE (Main) 2021 Result (Session 1 / 2/ 3/ 4) tab.

Step 3: By doing so, a new page will open asking for the credentials. Enter the required details such as Application Number, Date of Birth and Security Pin.

Step 4: After entering the credentials, click on the ‘Submit’ option to access the results.

Step 5: Download or take a printout of the scorecard for future use or reference.

In case a candidate uses the ntaresults.nic.in portal, he/she will have to click on the link attached to ‘JEE (Main) 2021 Session 4 – Paper I (B.E./B.Tech.) Result’. Thereafter, key in the required credentials to access the scorecard. Candidates can either download or take a printout of their scorecard, if they wish to.

What’s next in-store for JEE Main 2021 aspirants?

Based on the marks or NTA Score acquired by candidates in one or more sessions, authorities have assigned them a rank and released the JEE Main 2021 final merit list. The best JEE Main 2021 score is considered for the ranking process and based on the ranks acquired, top 2,50,000 candidates will qualify for the JEE Advanced 2021 examination. These aspirants will get an opportunity to appear for a seat in any of the prestigious IITs.

Besides the fact, based on JEE Main 2021 rank, students can participate in JOSAA 2021 counselling for admission to any NIT, IIIT, CFTI.

JEE Advanced 2021 examination is all set to be conducted on October 03, 2021. Registration process for the exam is going to begin today or tomorrow. But ONLY for those candidates who have acquired a rank from 1-2,50,000.

To get a clear idea about the number of seats available in top engineering colleges, the NTA will be releasing a seat matrix soon. This will provide a clear picture of the number of seats in IITs, NITs and GFITs. Last year, there were only around 13,000 seats in IITs and 21,000 seats in NITs. Candidates are hoping for an increase in the number of seats available, this year.
