National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to declare JEE Main 2021 result today, on March 8, 2021. The final answer key for the February exam has already been released. Candidates who appeared for the exam on February 23, 24, 25, 26, 2021, will be able to check the result from jeemain.nta.nic.in, nta.ac.in and ntaresults.nic.in.
All the three website are official. The official website for the exam is jeemain.nta.nic.in. The rest of the websites, nta.ac.in and ntaresults.nic.in, are official website for NTA. In jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in, the links to check the result will be provided. Whereas, in nta.ac.in, the notice for the result will be uploaded.
To check JEE Main result from any of these websites the candidates will need to login. To do so, candidates will need application number and date of birth. These should be used as created and entered during the registration process.
There is no definite date for the release of JEE Main 2021 result. NTA has not provided any date bur various prestigious media houses have confirmed that result of JEE Main 2021 will be out today.
For now, only the NTA score and percentile score of the candidates will be announced. The all India rank of the candidates will be declared after all the 4 session for JEE are over. The JEE Main cut off for JEE Advanced exam will also be disclosed with the AIR of JEE Main 2021.
Since JEE Main 2021 B.E./B.Tech and B.Plan, B.Arch paper are conducted in multi-shifts, NTA scores will be calculated corresponding to the raw marks obtained by a candidate. This shall comprise the NTA scores for each of the three subjects (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) and the total in B.E./B.Tech paper of JEE Main 2021 exam. This shall be followed in all 4 sessions of the JEE Main 2021.
There shall be no re-evaluation/re-checking of the result. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained by NTA.
The March session of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2021 will be conducted from March 15 to 18, 2021. Admit card for the March exam are also expected to be out soon. The application process to apply for the March session ended on March 6, 2021.
For the Academic Year (2021), Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow will use the scores of JEE Main for admission to B. Tech, B. Arch, M. Tech (Integrated) Courses in its affiliated Colleges across the State of Uttar Pradesh. UPJEE thus stands cancelled this year.
This year too like last year, the minimum of 75% marks in class 12 criterion for admission in the IITs, NITs, IIITs, SPAs, and other CFTIs is not applicable. The admission will be granted on the basis of rank in the national level exam.
This year in paper 1, a total of 6,52,627 candidates have registered. Whereas in the paper 2a and 2b the total number of candidates who registered are 63,065.
