The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2022 exam date has been announced. The information brochure has also been released at the official website. The registration portal will open on June 08 and candidates can apply till June 14 at jeeadv.ac.in.. The registration fee for General and OBC candidates is Rs. 2800; for SC/ ST/ PwD and female candidates, it is Rs. 1400. The candidates should have their class 10/ birth certificate, class 12 certificate and relevant caste certificate (if applicable).

Eligibility Criteria
- JEE Main Performance – The candidate should be among the top 2.5 lakh candidates in terms of their performance in the JEE Main exam.
- Age limit – The candidate should be born on or after October 01, 1997. SC/ ST/ PwD candidates born on or after October 01, 1992 can also apply.
- Number of attempts – The candidate can attempt the exam for two years consecutively.
- Class 12 exam – The candidate should have passed the class 12 Board exam or should have appeared for class 12 exam in 2022

JEE Advanced 2022 Exam Pattern
There are 2 papers in the exam, the duration of each paper being 3 hours. Candidates have to mandatorily attempt both the papers. The Paper 1 exam will be conducted from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and Paper 2 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on July 03. Each paper consists of questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The exam will be conducted as a computer based test (CBT), with an option to attend the papers either in English or Hindi. Candidates can visit the official website to know about the syllabus and to refer the previous years’ question papers.
Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT) for B.Arch
The online registration of the AAT will commence on July 18 and will conclude on July 19. The exam is to be conducted on July 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The results are to be announced on July 24. Candidates who have passed the JEE Advanced 2022 exam, are eligible to apply for AAT.
