JEE Advanced AAT 2021 exam was conducted today, dated October 18, 2021, from 9 am to 12 pm. The AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) is held to provide admission to students in the B.Arch course offered by IIT Kharagpur, IIT Varanasi and IIT Roorkee.
As per the important date sections available on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in, the JEE Advanced AAT 2021 result is going to be released on October 22, 2021. The candidates must keep a tab on the official website for checking the final result along with marks scored in IIT JEE Advanced AAT 2021 exam.
The IIT JEE Advanced AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) was scheduled today and the admit card for the candidates was not released separately. The candidates were asked to carry their JEE Advanced 2021 hall ticket that was released earlier.
After the result of the IIT JEE AAT 2021 exam is declared, the successful candidates have to appear in the counselling conducted by JOSAA. In order to do so, they have to register themselves via the counselling link available on the official website. Since merely two IITs offer admission in B. Arch courses, there are only 35 seats available per college. During the IIT AAT counselling round, a panel checks and verifies the documents of the candidates who score relatively high marks in the exam.
After the verification, the authorities assign colleges to candidates on the basis of their marks scored in the IIT JEE Advanced AAT 2021 exam and seats available in preferred colleges. As per the official website, no rank is going to be announced by the IIT for candidates who participate in the JEE Advanced AAT 2021 exam The candidates will only be notified of their IIT Advanced AAT marks scored and final selection status as pass or fail by the concerned authorities.
JEE Advanced AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) 2021 is held annually to check the Architecture skills of the candidates and provide admission in the B.Arch course. This year IIT Delhi is the conducting body for the JEE Advanced AAT 2021. However, one of the major prerequisites to appear for the exam is qualifying for the IIT JEE Advanced 2021 paper with minimum marks. The test is conducted for a duration of 3 hours and has questions based on Freehand drawing, Geometric Design, Architectural Design etc.
