ISC Sociology Semester 1 Exam 2021-2022 Tomorrow; Download Syllabus, Specimen Paper

The exam will be held through the pen-and-paper format at specific centres across the country.

Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is all set to conduct the Class 12 Sociology Semester 1 exam 2021-22 tomorrow, December 01, 2021. The exam will be held through the pen-and-paper format at specific centres across the country. With just a day left for the exam, candidates have less than 24 hours of preparation time left. They must dedicate this remaining time to prepare thoroughly for the exam.

ISC Sociology Semester 1 2021-22 Syllabus

With just a few hours left for the ISC Sociology Semester 1 Exam 2021-22, candidates can take a look at the syllabus coming for the test. This year, the syllabus for both term exams. Hence, it becomes all the more important for candidates to study the right units and not waste time on unnecessary topics. Following are the topics coming for tomorrow’s exam –

ISC Sociology Semester 1 2021-22 Specimen Paper

Based on the reduced syllabus, a specimen paper for ISC Sociology Semester 1 Exam 2021-22 has been uploaded on the official website cisce.org. Following is the link to access the specimen document –

As per the new CISCE board exam pattern, ISC Sociology Semester 1 Exam 2021-22 paper will be held for a duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes. The entire paper will be objective-based, comprising multiple-choice questions. The exam will cover a total of 70 questions for a maximum of 70 marks. So, for every correct answer, candidates will be awarded 1 mark. However, no marks will be deducted for wrong or unanswered questions. Candidates will have to mark the option corresponding to the right answer.

CISCE authorities began conducting the ISC or Class 12 Semester I Exams 2021-22 from November 22, 2021, in the objective-based offline format. Initially, the exams were going to be held in the online format. However, due to several reasons such as non-availability of devices, irregular power supply, and network & bandwidth problems, the exam pattern was changed to offline mode.

After the conduction of Sociology, Class 12 candidates will have to appear only for a few subject exams. These include Geography, Geometrical & Mechanical Drawing, Biology, Home Science, Economics, Biotechnology, Legal Studies, Physical Education, Political Science, Commerce, Mass Media & Communication, and many more. All these subjects will be held for a duration of 90 minutes from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
