All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) is expected to not release the admit cards tomorrow, April 30, 2021, for the Institute of National Importance Common Entrance Test (INI CET) 2021. Earlier, the institute postponed the national-level postgraduate entrance exam due to the surge in COVID-19 cases in the country. Two weeks ago, a similar decision was taken by the National Board of Education (NBE). Hence, the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) PG 2021 got postponed to a later date. However, the revised schedule is yet to be released by the authorities.
AIIMS issued a public notice on April 23, 2021, on the official website aiimsexams.org announcing the postponement of INI CET 2021. According to the previous schedule, the exam was scheduled for Sunday, May 08, 2021. Admit cards for the exam were going to be issued on Friday, April 30, 2021.
As the exam stands postponed, admit cards are most likely to not release tomorrow. Furthermore, concerned authorities shall be announcing the revised schedule for INI CET 2021 in due course of time. Most likely, new dates shall be announced on the official website aiimsexams.ac.in once the situation stabilises. Authorities further advised the candidates to visit the official website regularly to get their queries resolved.
AIIMS shall release the INI CET 2021 admit cards 8-10 days prior to the new examination date. Once released, candidates can download their admit cards from the official website. To do so, they must enter their registration ID, password, and Exam Unique Code (EUC) to login.
The download link shall be available in the “MyPage” section in the “Completion of Application” zone. Candidates are advised to download or take a print-out of the admit card well in advance before the examination.
Approximately two weeks ago, NBE issued a public notice on April 15, 2021, announcing the postponement of NEET-PG 2021. The postgraduate entrance test was previously scheduled on April 18, 2021. The postponement decision was taken in light of the second wave of coronavirus. Moreover, this decision was necessary to safeguard the health of candidates and ensue their well-being.
NBE however, has already released the NEET-PG 2021 admit cards on the official website natboard.edu.in. To download the document, candidates must click on the “NEET PG 2021” option from the “Quick Links” menu on the website’s homepage. A different link shall open in which candidates must click on the login option. They are required to enter their User ID and password to access their admit card.
Similar to AIIMS, NBE shall be announcing the revised schedule for NEET-PG 2021 once the situation stabilises. Lack of clarity on the new examination schedule has created a dilemma in students. However, they are advised to continue their preparation at the same pace as authorities shall release the new schedule at the appropriate juncture.
