Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) December 2018 Exam Result will release soon. There are no official dates regarding the announcement of the result, but the various newspaper is reporting that candidates will be able to check their result soon. The University will releaseTerm End Exam Result on the official website, http://www.ignou.ac.in. Once it is released, students will be able to check IGNOU TEE Dec 2018 Result. IGNOU had conducted the Term End Exam from December 01 to 31.
While checking the result students’ 9 digits (Numeric) “Enrollment Number” is required. A student will be declared as pass if he/she secured the minimum qualifying marks. Students appeared for the exam must ensure that they pass in both theory and assignment paper. In case a student is unable to pass either in theory or assignment paper then such students will be declared as fail and they have to re-write the exam for the particular paper in the next exam. Students who are booked under the unfair means their result will be canceled by the university.

IGNOU Term End Exam December 2018 Result can be checked online in a few simple steps. Follow the instructions and check the result. First of all access the official website of IGNOU and refer to the “Result Link” available on the homepage. Select the “Term-End link” among the other link available. Now, students have to click on the Exam Result link and enter their 9 digit enrollment number. Now the IGNOU Dec 2018 Result will be displayed on the screen.
Students can check IGNOU Term End Exam December 2018 Result for the information such as Program Name, Enrollment Number, Course Code, Marks/Grade, Maximum Marks, Month Year, Date of Updation on Website, and Remarks.
After the declaration of the result, the Grade Card will be released for the students who appeared in the exam. The University will release the grade card on the official website. Students can download the grade card by selecting the programme and then providing the enrolment number.
Once the result is declared the students who are not satisfied by the marks secured in the in the exam can apply for the revaluation of the answer script. Students can apply for revaluation within the one _month from the date of result declaration. The revaluation process is permissible for the theory paper only. Once the revaluation process is over, the best score will be considered and updated in the student record.
Indira Gandhi National Open University also conducts the improvement exam. The students who have completed the Bachelor/Master programme and wishes to improve their Division/Class can apply for the improvement exam. The improvement exam is permissible for the theory paper only. To appear for the improvement exam students can check the eligibility criteria.
As per the norms set by IGNOU for the improvement exams, the students who have scored 2% marks less than the marks required to secure the first/second Division in Bachelor’s/Master’s programme may fill the improvement exam form. Similarly, students of Master degree programmes who have scored 2% marks less than the overall 55% requirement may also appear for the improvement exam.
