IGNOU B.ED 2020 Admit Card Released; Exam On 27 Jul

National Testing Agency has released the IGNOU B.Ed 2020 Admit Card. The candidates can download the admit card using their application number and date of birth from the website, natignou.ac.in.

The candidates qualifying the IGNOU B.Ed 2020 Entrance Exam are eligible for admission in the IGNOU’s B.Ed program of the January 2020 Session. To appear in the entrance test it is mandatory for the candidates to carry the printed copy of the issued IGNOU B.ED 2020 Admit Card.

To download IGNOU B.ED Admit Card 2020, the candidates have to visit the official and site and they can check the button on the home screen to access the admit card. On clicking the button the candidates will land in the login page. In the login page, the candidates have to enter the details like the application number and the date of birth/password. In doing so the candidates can check the link to generate the admit card PDF on their dashboard.

IGNOU B.Ed 2020 Entrance Exam is being held at the national level across 106 cities. The candidates have to attempt 100 MCQ type questions in 2 hours. The language of the exam will be in Hindi and English both. For each correct answer, the candidates will get 1 marks. There is no negative marking.

Inside the exam centers, the candidates are not allowed to carry the items like Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, any kind of Paper/
Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder, Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices in the Examination Hall/Room.

However, the diabetic students will be allowed to carry eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle to the Examination Hall.

After the exam, the candidates can check their IGNOU B.ED 2020 Result in the online mode under their respective login at ntaignou.ac.in. The announcement dates of the result are yet not declared. The candidates qualifying for admission are then called for counselling in the nodal RCs.

The Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) program of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has been designed with the aim to develop an understanding of the teaching-learning process at an upper primary/secondary and senior-secondary level among student teachers. The minimum duration of the program is two years. However, the maximum period allowed for completion of the program is five years. The program fee of IGNOU B.Ed 2020 is Rs. 50,000/- for the entire program.
