Institute for Development and Research in Banking Technology (IDRBT) is looking for eligible candidates for the post of Director. Candidates interested in the recruitment can download the official notification in this regard from the official website, idrbt.ac.in. Eligible candidates are encouraged to apply for the said post on or before the last date i.e October 03, 2020, by 01:00 PM.
It is suggested that applicants must go through the official notification to know about the eligibility criteria. IDRBT is looking for a candidate who has knowledge of IT, administrative and banking qualified. This means that the candidates must have a degree or postgraduate degree in Science, Engineering Technology or Management from recognized University/ Institution. Those who have PhD degree from a recognized university in the mentioned relevance area and active in such work areas can also apply.
Other than educational qualification, candidates should have a minimum of 20 years of work experience. They must have worked in the field of banking, financial industry, technology sector or academia. At least 03 years of experience in leading senior level teams is also required. Moreover, the upper age limit for the post of Director is 62 years as on October 01, 2020.
Eligible candidates can apply for the post of the director through an online process only. They have to visit the official website of IDBRT, get the application form and submit it through email. To get the application form, they first have to reach the home page of the website. Now, click on the careers section to get the application form. Fill the form and submit it to IDBRT selection committee through email – [email protected]. In the application form, the candidate has to provide the statement of intent in which they have to write about the serious intention in doing the functions and responsibility of Director post. In case, aspirants require some extra time for the joining then they can apply for the same in the form.
Candidates have to submit a resume in the prescribed format, signed declaration (available on the website)with the application form. All these documents should be submitted in separate pdfs. Moreover, a recent passport size photograph should be attached to the appropriate place.
The selection criteria are not yet discussed by the conducting body. However, the search-sum-selection committee will be recruiting candidates through invitation. Candidates who are found eligible as per the application form submitted and the eligibility marked in it will be called by the selection committee.
