Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is recruiting eligible candidates for the post of Joint Director (HR), Joint Director and Chauffeur. ICSI has advertised 03 vacancies for the said posts; one for each post. The online registrations for the said posts start today, September 16, 2020. The recruitment of Joint Director (HR), Joint Director and Chauffeur are announced as Direct recruitment. The newly appointed applicants are posted at the headquarters of ICSI at New Delhi/ Noida. They are recruited under the pay scale of Rs. 78800/- to Rs. 209200/- per month for Joint Director (HR) and Joint Director and Rs. 19900/- to Rs. 63200/- per month for Chauffeur.
To apply for Joint Director (HR) post candidates must have MBA/ MSW/ PGDBM/ MA(Personnel Management/social work specialization in PMIR)/ MHROD or Diploma with 50% marks. Candidates with graduation degree and ACS are eligible to submit their forms for Joint Director post. Those who have a PG degree in Economics/ Commerce/ Management/ Law with 50% marks can also apply for Joint Director post. Those who wish to apply for Chauffeur must have passed 10th class and possess a valid commercial driving license. Proficiency in Computer Application is necessary for all the posts. Moreover, internal candidates of ICSI can also apply against the advertised vacancies.
ICSI is looking for experienced candidates for the advertised post. So candidates who intend to apply for Joint Director (HR) and Joint Director post should have a minimum of 13 years of experience in the relevant field. Out of these 13 years, he/she must have served as Senior Executive position for 05 years. To apply for the chauffeur, at least 02 years of experience is mandatory.
