Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) will announce the results for ICSE and ISC examination 2020 today i.e. July 10, 2020. The result will be announced at 3 PM online at cisce.org or results.cisce.org, via Council’s career portal. Students can also get their ICS ISC result 2020 by SMS.

The results of the pending papers will be declared based on the student’s performance in previous exams and internal assessment. CISCE, earlier, released a revised assessment scheme for evaluation of the remaining papers of class 10th and 12th exams. The Council could not conduct the pending papers for class 10th and 12th due to rising cases of coronavirus. However, the students of ISC and ICSE will get an option to write the remaining papers if they want to improve their marks when the situation is conducive.

To check ICSE and ISC result 2020 from the official website, students need to first visit the official website and then, click on the relevant link of the result and select ICSE and ISC from the course option. After clicking on the relevant link, the students need to enter their UID, Index number and captcha code. Submit the login details after which the result will be displayed on the screen.

Apart from the official website, the students can also check their ISC and ICSE result 2020 via SMS. To get ICSE examination 2020 result by SMS, the students have to type ICSE <Space> <Unique Id> to 09248082883. Whereas, to get ISC result 2020, type ISC <Space> <Unique Id> to 09248082883.

As per the new assessment scheme, students will be assessed for the cancelled papers based on the best three percentage marks obtained in subjects for which board exams have been conducted and the marks of their internal assessment, as well as project work, will be taken into account.

Once the result is declared, students who are not satisfied with their marks can apply for rechecking. Students will get only seven (07) days from the date of declaration of results i.e. from July 10 to 16. It is to be noted that the re-checking can only be done for all those papers of the subjects whose written examinations have taken place. To apply for rechecking for ICSE ISC exam 2020, students need to pay an amount of Rs. 1000 per subject.

Since due to COVID-19 outbreak, many schools are closed, those who pass the exam can download their mark sheet from DigiLocker. Other than mark sheet, students can also download other certificates like migration certificate, etc. The digitally signed documents shall be available after 48 hours of the publication of results. To download the mark sheets via DigiLocker, the students have to download the DigiLocker app or visit the website digilocker.gov.in. Then, the students will have to create an account. Once the account is created, the students can download their digitally signed documents issued by the CISCE.
