Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced date for the release of CA foundation, intermediate, and final admit card for the upcoming exam. The admit card will be available for download on November 01, 2020. All the registered candidates can download it online, from the official website icai.org.
To download the admit card, candidates need to login with their login Id and password. A link to view and download admit card will be available under the login using which candidates can generate and download their respective CA admit card 2020.
The CA exams are scheduled to be held in the month of November. The foundation exam will be held on December 8, 10, 12, 14, 2020.
The intermediate old scheme exam dates are November 22, 24, 26, 28, 2020 for group 1 and December 1, 3, 5, 2020 for group 2. For the exam under the new scheme, the exam dates are November 22, 24, 26, 28, 2020 for group 1 and December 1, 3, 5, 7, 2020 for group 2.
For the CA final exam 2020, the exam dates for group 1 are November 21, 23, 25, 27, 2020 and for group 2 it is November 29, December 2, 4, 6, 2020, under the old scheme. Under the new scheme, the exam dates are November 21, 23, 25, 27, 2020 for group 1 and November 29, December 2, 4, 6, 2020, for group 2.
On the day of the exam, candidates have to carry the printed copy of the CA admit card at the exam hall. The admit card will bear the venue of the exam center allotted to the candidates for attending the examinations.
As per the instruction last year, the candidates who did not have their photo on the admit card of CA, due to some error, were asked to paste a self attested passport-sized photo in the space available on the printed admit card.
Also, the candidates were instructed to carry with them printed admit card accompanied by government issued Identity card like Aadhaar Card, Voter ID card, etc. and two passport size photographs.
Right now, for CA exams, ICAI is providing the already registered candidates an Opt-out window. This window is open till November 7, 2020.
