IBSAT 2018 Result Declared; Selection Briefing Starting From 13 Jan

IBSAT 2018 Result Available

ICFAI Business School (IBS) has released the IBSAT 2018 Result on the official website. Candidates can check the result for the exam conducted on December 22-23, 2018. It is downloadable at IBSAT login using Application Number and Password. The link to access the scorecard is available at official website, ibsindia.org. The result for IBSAT consists of sectional and overall marks secured in the examination. On the basis of candidates’ performance, IBS will intimate the students for the further rounds.

Candidates clearing the cut-off will get the chance to take admission in any of the 9 campuses for management studies. Before that candidates have to go through the group discussion and personal interview. According to the official schedule, these rounds will conduct between February 20-26, 2019.

For this year, cut-off are yet to be announced. Still, candidates can refer to the past-year cut-off for estimation of getting a GDPI invitation. Last year, the cut-off was 68, 65, 62 and above for Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Gurgaon & Mumbai campuses respectively. Candidates will receive their call-letters on their registered email-id. It would consist of the venue, GDPI details etc. The list of shortlisted candidates shall also release on official website.

IBS will also conduct selection briefing before the commencement of GDPI process. The scheduled date for the briefing is January 13-20, 2019. In the selection briefing, candidates will get insight into the structure of MBA/PGPM programme offered by IBS. It will consist of three sessions. First, is the introductory session, then the Question & Answer round, and finally the Preparation Session. In the last session, candidates will be provided with tips and tricks for the GDPI rounds. The selection briefing will conduct in 40 locations all over India.

Candidates who have not appeared for IBSAT 2018 but have applied via GMAT/ CAT/ NMAT have to follow the same process. Such candidates must check on the official website if they have to submit the scores of these examinations. After the conduction of GDPI round, IBS will prepare the merit list which will have weight-age of 40%, 30% for past academic records and personal interview & group discussion each respectively.

The school offers 95% on-campus placement with highest salary of 13.00 LPA in the last year. The fees structure for the college is between Rs 2.835 LPA – Rs 7.02 LPA.
