IAF Airmen Recruitment Rally For Group X Intake 01/2021; Know Details Here!

Indian Airforce is all set to conduct Airmen recruitment rally at Jodhpur, Rajasthan for 12th pass candidates.

Indian Air Force is inviting unmarried male candidates domiciled in the state of Rajasthan for recruitment to the post of Airmen in Group X (Technical Trade) except for the trade of Education Instructor. Selection of applicants is to be conducted through recruitment rally scheduled to be conducted from October 09, 2020, to October 19, 2020. However, candidates have to register online at the website airmenselection.cdac.in. The pre-registration process is starting on September 27, 2020. The last date to register online is September 28, 2020, till 05.00 PM. Shortlisted applicants will be issued admit cards indicating the reporting time and rally venue in addition to other details.

The recruitment is for the post of Airmen in Group X (Technical Trades) except for the trade of Education Instructor. The rally will be conducted at 5 Airmen Selection Centre & Kendriya Vidyalaya-2 Air Force Jodhpur (Rajasthan) for intake: 01/2021. During the training period, candidates will receive Rs 14600 on a monthly basis. Post completion gross emoluments amount to Rs 33100 per month.

Selection of the candidates will be done through the rally. It consists of Physical Fitness Test (PFT) where candidates have to run 1.6 km within 6 minutes 30 seconds. In addition, candidates have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, and 20 squats.

Those who qualify the PFT will be issued admit cards for the written test. The written test will consist of an objective type question paper in English and Hindi language. Candidates will mark the answers on OMR sheets during the 60 minutes duration. The questions will be set on the subjects of Physics, Maths and English at the 10+2 level of CBSE. Following the written test, candidates who qualify will have to pass Adaptability Test 1 & 2. The final stage of the selection consists of the Medical examination.

There are certain eligibility conditions that applicants must fulfil before applying for recruitment. Only those candidates who are born between January 17, 2020, and December 30, 2020, are eligible to apply. In addition, applicants must have passed Intermediate/10+2 or other equivalent examination with the subjects of Mathematics, Physics and English by securing 50% or more marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. Diploma in Engineering holders in specified fields is also eligible. Applicants must be domiciled in the state of Rajasthan. In addition, medical standards in terms of the chest, weight etc must also be compliant.

Candidates have to register at the official website as per schedule before the last date. One must carry the specified list of all supporting documents to the rally site along with the admit cards. Applicants are advised to check the official advertisement at the specified website before applying.
