HPCL Biofuels Limited is inviting applications from eligible candidates for 51 vacant posts of Management and Non- Management department. An official notification for the same is published on the HPCL website, hpclbiofuels.co.in. All the eligible candidates are advised to submit their application through the post before October 10, 2020.
The recruitment is announced on a contractual basis. Candidates who get recruitment under HPCL Management and Non-Management departments have to serve a short period of 01 years. Those who are appointed under posts advertised under seasonal department have to work for 01 crushing seasons.
Applications from only Indian nationals are invited by HPCL. Candidate’s age should be less than that of 18 years as on October 01, 2020. Those who are applying for the HPCL recruitment have to ensure that their age should not exceed that of 57 years for Management department and 55 years for Non-Management and Seasonal department. To apply for these posts, candidates must have ITI/ 10th/ 12th/ Diploma/Bachelors in concerned field. Those who have the minimum required experience are also preferred.
Eligible candidates can submit their applications and negotiation form through an offline process. All the documents and application form should be sent to HPCL Biofuels Ltd., House No. – 9, Shree Sadan. –Patliputra Colony, Patna – 80001. As per the notification, candidates have to submit a CV, self-attested photocopies of all the relevant documents/ certificates/ testimonials through the post. On the cover of the envelope, candidates have to mention “Application for the post of ______”.
Applications can also be submitted through email. Candidates have to scan the duly filled application and other documents and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. While submitting the online form, mention the name of the post applied for as the subject of the email. Moreover, a candidate can apply for only one post for HPCL recruitment.
With the application form, candidates have to submit documents in support of date of birth, experience certificate, No objection certificate from current employer and all the educational qualification mark sheets and certificates.
The selection for the Management post is conducted through an online interview. Eligible candidates who have applied for Management position have to appear for the interview conducted through telephone/ Skype/ Video Conferencing. For the non-management and seasonal position, a merit list will be prepared. The appointing authority prepares a merit list based on the eligibility and experience of candidates. Thereafter, shortlisted candidates have to appear for the medical fitness round.
