Notification for Himachal Pradesh Junior Basic Training Course Common Entrance Test (HP JBT CET) 2021 has been released by Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE). The date of examination is on July 18, 2021, timings are from 11 am till 1 pm. Results for the examination will be published in the month of August. The date for the same is yet to be notified.
For the above HP JBT CET 2021, the candidates will be able to download the admit card four days prior to the examination. The candidates will have to login to the official website hpbose.org in order to download the admit card. The incumbent candidates are required to download the admit card and carry a print out of the same for the HP JBT CET 2021. The candidates will have to attend the offline OMR-based examination.
The HP JBT CET 2021 will consist of four subjects. They are Hindi, General English, Numerical Ability, and General Awareness. Each of the subjects will have 25 questions, each question carrying 25 marks. The pass marks for the general category of candidates are 40 out of 100. For reserved category candidates, the qualifying marks are 35 out of 100.
HP JBT CET is a state-level entrance test. The HP JBT CET 2021 is being conducted to provide admission in 3275 Trainee Posts in 12 Districts Institutes for Education & Training and 28 institutes which are private. The candidates who want to appear for this examination need to fulfill some basic eligibility criteria. The candidate has to be an Indian citizen and a domicile of Himachal Pradesh. The candidate has to be Class 12 pass from any recognized board. One has to secure at least 50 percent marks in the final examination. The candidate has to be within the age bracket of 18 to 32 years.
