The Forest Department of Himachal Pradesh has successfully conducted the HP Forest Guard 2021 examination on November 07, 2021. Initially, the examination was scheduled for October 20, 2021, but it was postponed. This time, a total of 311 vacancies are going to be filled through this recruitment drive. The written test was held only for those candidates who have qualified for the physical efficiency test.
With the completion of the examination, several coaching centres and subject experts have released the HP Forest Guard 2021 question papers and answer keys on their YouTube channels. These answer keys and question papers can be accessed by simply typing ‘HP Forest Guard answer 2021’ and ‘HP Forest Guard question paper 2021’ on the search box. After that, candidates can crosscheck their answers from the list of videos that appear thereafter. Some of the channels that have released the same are HP Competitive Exams, HimGuru Knowledge Point, Study with Vishal, HP General Knowledge 53, Positive Approach, etc.
As per the revised schedule available on forp.hp.gov.in, the official HP Forest Guard answer key 2021 will be available a day after the examination. A time frame of 5 days from November 08 to November 12, 2021, is allotted for uploading of answer key and raising of objections by the candidates. Hence, candidates are advised to keep an eye on the official website to check the official answer keys. The process for verification of certificates for evaluation will be held from December 04 to December 10, 2021. Lastly, the compilation of results and declaration of final results will take place from December 11 to December 13, 2021.
The written examination comprises 85 objective-type questions for which candidates are given a time of 75 minutes. The question paper follows the standard of class 10 or equivalent level. It includes questions from language, general science and knowledge, information about the state and general awareness of forests, environment and wildlife, reasoning and aptitude, etc. The written examination totals 85 marks. Now, selected candidates will have to appear for the document verification process which will be of 15 marks.
