Gujarat University has announced the fifth semester B.Com result 2019 yesterday. The official website of the university is gujaratuniversity.ac.in. From there, there are two pages for checking results; one is result.gujaratuniversity.ac.in, and the other is gujaratuniversity.org.in/result_e/result/result.html.
The first link, result.gujaratuniversity.ac.in, is not working at the moment. However result is accessible at the second link, gujaratuniversity.org.in/result_e/result/result.html. Candidates who appeared in the exam need to select the name of the exam from the dropdown, and then enter their seat number, then search their results.
As per statistics published by the university, 3,403 male students, 1,223 female students, that is a total of 4,626 students were slated to appear in the fifth semester exams. 27 Students got first division, 458 got the second. A total of 2,381 students passed, and 1,718 have failed. The overall pass percentage of fifth semester in Gujarat University B.Com is 62.55%.
Among female students, 10 have got first division, 218 have second division, and a total of 658 have passed. 323 girls have failed, result for 2 were cancelled, and 8 were absent.
Male students who got first division are 17 in numbers, 240 got second division, and 1,723 have passed in total. 1,395 boys have failed, result of 1 has been withheld, and cancelled for 11, 15 were absent.
In B.Com sem-5 ext, the pass percentage is 72.56% for a total of 167 students.
Highest marks obtained by the top 50 students are in the range 285-391.
Other Gujarat University sem 5 results of March 2019 exams that are available are BA, BCA, BBA, LLB, B.Sc.
In BA, 1,157 students were enrolled, and the pass percentage turned out to be 75.07%.
188 students were enrolled in BCA fifth semester, and the pass percentage in it was 73.51%.
295 students were registered for BBA, in which 57.84% students passed.
LLB fifth semester students were 11 in number, and the pass percentage happened to be 90.2%.
In B.Sc, 2,709 students studied in semester 5. 31.4% students have passed B.Sc. The marks range of top 50 students in B.Sc is 317 – 405.
