Gauhati University (GU) has released the GU B.Ed admit card 2021 on the official website, gauhati.ac.in. Candidates aspiring to pursue the 2-year B.Ed programme from the university and its affiliated colleges have to appear for the exam scheduled on November 21, 2021.
As per the official brochure, the examination for B.Ed is going to be held from 11 am to 1 pm across 12 test centres in the state. The merit list for the successful candidates is going to be available tentatively on November 26, 2021. Candidates are required to download their admit cards and note the details including the reporting time, exam venue, and other instructions mandatory for the exam.
GU B.ED 2021 is a 2-hour OMR sheet based entrance test conducted for candidates willing to apply for admissions to the B.Ed programme. The examination is going to have four sections, General Knowledge, General English, Test of Reasoning and Numerical ability and Current Affairs. For the former three-section, a candidate will get 120 marks whereas 40 marks shall be assigned to the last sections. The candidates will get 2 hours to complete the entrance examination of GU B.ED 2021. There is no provision of negative marking for the wrong answer marked in the GU B.Ed examination 2021.

Step 1: Visit the official website of Gauhati University, gauhati.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the admission link available on the top and move to the next page
Step 3: After this, click on the announcement that says ‘GU B.ED admit card is live’
Step 4: Next, click on the Download page and then move to the login page. Therein enter the application number and hit the submit button
Step 5: Cross verify the details mentioned on the GU B.ED admit card 2021 and save a copy of the same for future reference
