GITAM GAT 2021 Phase 2 Registration Ends Today; Exam on 17, 18 June

Registered candidates can appear for the GAT 2021 Phase 2 examination at any convenient time between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm using their laptop, desktop or android phone.

Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management, popularly known as GITAM, is scheduled to end the GITAM Aptitude Test (GITAM) registration process today, June 14, 2021. Thus, interested candidates have less than a day to complete their registration process. Subsequently, the GAT 2021 is going to be held on June 17 and 18, 2021. Qualified candidates must subsequently, apply for the counselling session to get admission for preferred courses at the esteemed organisation. GITAM offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses pertaining to engineering, architecture, and pharmaceuticals.

GAT 2021 Phase 2 is scheduled to be conducted on June 17 and 18, 2021 through the online, computer-based format. Candidates have to appear for the test within the comfort of their home or any safe location. They may choose to give the online exam using their desktop, laptop or smartphone. Registered candidates are advised to appear for the demo test well-in advance before the examination.

To apply for the demo test, candidates must click on the “GAT Phase 2 Dates: 17th & 18th June 2021 (Last Date to Apply: 14th June 2021)” button present on the topmost area of the homepage of the official website gitam.edu. Thereafter, the gat.gitam.edu webpage shall open in which candidates must click on the ‘Engineering’ option to get redirected to the GITAM Engineering page. On this page, candidates have to hover over the ‘General Information’ tab and then, click on the ‘Online Exam Instructions’ option.

A new link shall open containing various options. To access the test, candidates have to click on the ‘Demo Test’ tab and then access the link provided. Thereafter, aspirants must enter their registered email ID and click on ‘start assessment’ option to give the demo test.

GITAM has also provided a set of instructions to be followed during the GAT 2021 Phase 2 examination. Firstly, candidates can appear for the test at any time between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on the examination dates. They shall receive their login credentials for the exam one day prior to the actual exam date. Thus, candidates are advised to check their registered email account and mobile number for any intimations from the institute.

In case candidates are willing to give their exam using their android mobile phone, they must download the ‘Secure Assessment’ application in advance. Aspirants must bear in mind that this exam is not compatible on iOS devices. In such cases, they must open the exam on a secured browser. The Google Chrome browser’s latest version is highly recommended for this test. Before the GAT 2021 examination, candidates must also check their device compatibility. This is to avoid any last-minute disruptions or chaos.

GAT 2021 examination is conducted every year by the GITAM institution to admit students for various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The institute currently, has campuses at Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Based on their performance and course preferences, candidates at admitted at these three institutions.
