GATE 2019 Answer Key Challenge Facility Started by IIT Madras

IIT Madras had started the facility for submitting the objection in the GATE 2019 Answer Key. The answer key objection facility has been started online on February 21, 2019. The last date to submit a challenge in the GATE Answer Key is February 22, 2019. As it can be seen that only a day is provided to the candidates for submitting the objection. The objection facility has been started online at GOAPS.

To submit an objection in the GATE 2019 Answer Key, the candidates need to visit the official website of GOAPS at appsgate.iitm.ac.in. Then, the candidates need to log in by entering their Enrollment ID / Email Address / Registration ID and Password. Click on the “Submit” button. Next, tick on the declaration box and then click on the “Contest Answer Key” button.

In the next screen, the candidates have to select the Section and Question Number. Thereafter, the selected question will be shown on the screen. Now the students have to necessarily submit a justification for raising the objection on that specific question. Candidates also have to upload a PDF file in support of the justification in the box. After the students provide the justification, click on the “Add” button.

Below it, the candidates will be able to see the question number, explanation of the justification and uploaded document. The candidates can add as many questions as much while submitting the objection in the Answer Key. Finally, click on the “Submit” button and proceed to the next, which is the payment of objection fee.

-Transaction Charges applicable and GST-

The students are informed that GST @18% will be added to the transaction processing fee. Also, a minimum transaction charge of Rs 5 is applicable on the credit cards (domestic and international), UPI & Wallets and cash cards.

To submit an objection in the GATE 2019 Answer key, the candidates have to pay an amount of Rs. 500 per question. For paying the fee for submission of the objections, students can choose either of the following modes of payment – debit card/ credit card/ internet banking/ UPI/ Wallet/ cash card.

Candidates who want to submit their objections in the answer key will be able to do so only before the last date, which is February 22, 2019. Students are left with a very less time for submission of objections; therefore, they must hurry and submit their objections to the authorities.

The Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE 2019) exam was conducted on February 02, 03, 09 and 10, 2019. GATE was conducted as an online examination; which is why the official website of GATE 2019 also has the GATE 2019 question paper available along with the answer keys. GATE is a national level entrance exam for taking admission in IITs, IISc, NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and many government engineering colleges. The result for GATE 2019 is going to be announced on March 16, 2019 by IIT Madras.
