Employees State Insurance Hospital, Basaidarapur, New Delhi is inviting going to conduct walk-in-interviews to fill up vacancies for the post of Junior Resident. The Hospital has published a detailed notification in this regard at the official website of ESI i.e. esic.nic.in. 10 vacancies are available in total. The walk-in-interviews are to be conducted on January 12, 2021, from 09.00 AM to 11.00 AM. Interested candidates are advised to read the notification carefully and appear in the interview as per schedule with supporting documents.
The vacancies are available in ESI Hospital in Basaidarapur and IGESI Hospital in Jhilmil. 05 vacancies are available in each of the aforementioned hospitals leading to a total of 10 openings. Among the available vacancies, 3% are reserved for PWD candidates in each hospital. Selected candidates are to be appointed for a contractual period of six months only on a tenure basis. The total employment period is extendable to another six months after completion of the initial tenure. During the tenure, incumbents are to be paid a monthly consolidated salary of Rs 85000.
Candidates intending to apply for Junior Resident post must have an MBBS degree from a recognized University. Candidates must also have registration with the Delhi Medical Council. The maximum age of the applicants cannot be more than 30 years as on the date of interview. In addition, all applicants must have completed internship before December 31, 2020. It may be noted that candidates who have already completed six months Junior Residency Scheme are not eligible to appear in the selection interviews.
Interested candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 100 (for UR, EWS and OBC category). SC/ST candidates have to pay only Rs 25. The application fee must be paid as a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ESI Saving Fund Account No. 2. PWD and Female candidates are exempted from the payment of fees.
Interested candidates have to appear in the walk-in-interviews as per schedule on January 12, 2021 along with the original documents and one self-attested copies of the documents. The documents include Matriculation Certificate, MBBS degree & mark sheets, DMC registration, Internship certificate, receipt copy of DD and passport sized photographs. The interview is scheduled to be held at 5th Floor, Academic Block, MS Office Building.
Candidates may note that ESI does not pay any TA/DA for appearing in the walk-in-interviews for this recruitment. Candidates must report to the venue well in time as indicated on the official notification.
